2. Raw Material Dosing System Intermittent agitator and continuous gravimetric feeder are provided in a selection of various weights, ensuring consistent blending of ingredients, accurate dosing and repeatability. A single extruder can be equipped with multiple dosing units.
2. Extruder The extruders for cast film are typically designed to meet the specific characteristics of the extruded materials and processing requirements. According to the size of extruder and processed materials, the screws can be provided with armoured flights for a better performance of wear resistance.
2. Feed Block Feed block enables the cast film variable in number of layers. In the process of CPP production, 3-layer feed block is commonly configured with 3 extruders. For films with 5-layer structure, a tailored solution will be provided to fit actual request.
2. Flat DieFlat die provides an excellent uniformity of the thickness distribution, resulting in optimization of the thickness variations on each single layer with a minimized tolerance of film thickness. This performance shortens extrusion time and ensures a higher efficiency.
2. Casting StationThe first chill roll is characterized by an electro-chemically matted surface that can reduce air entrapment and provide high cooling effect, which makes the film to be easily released. The second and the third chill rolls can be added for adapting to actual needs.
2. Winding System The winding system is designed with functions of trimming, embossing and slitting. We provide various winding systems with optimization focused on the aspect of automation to meet customers’ needs. All of these winders feature robust steel structure which can reduce vibrations produced by dynamic forces during the production process at high speed.
